Today at work we had to attend a class about legal issues which covers inappropriate and appropriate charting that may bite you in the ass if you get sued years from now for malpractice. In one of the inappropriate examples, one doctor actually wrote “these people are bitching”. LOL. work is slowly getting better. yay!
